Documentation
Everything the palette and the command line do today, and where what they do stops.
Naughty Keyboard is two programs over one engine. nkb-gui is the palette, a small window that types a value into whatever field has the keyboard, driven by shortcuts. nkb is the command line, which lists, prints and checks packs and runs in a script or a pipeline. Neither is a reduced version of the other.
Getting started
Start the palette, type the first test value into a field with Alt+Shift+N, copy a report block when it breaks something, and use the same packs from nkb.
The palette
How the palette works, what it shows about the next value, how it types without taking the focus, and how to find any value in every pack at once.
Shortcuts
Every shortcut of the Naughty Keyboard palette with its default chord, which ones work today, and how to change any of them in the window or in settings.toml.
Clipboard mode
How the palette puts each test value on the clipboard instead of typing it, when it does that on its own, and how it keeps values out of clipboard history.
Command line
The nkb command line lists, prints and checks packs of test values and types one into a field. Every command, every option and every exit code.
The catalogue
Every pack of test values - whitespace, Unicode, length limits, magic words, extreme numbers, impossible dates, file names - and what each value breaks.
Verifying a download
How to check that a download is the file the release published - checksums, Authenticode and notarised signatures, and signed attestations.
Honest limits
Where Naughty Keyboard stops today - typing into other windows works on Windows only, your own packs cannot be loaded yet, and the pack format is not frozen.
